Bread Pudding
Every Sunday I always try to make a special dessert for our family dinner. A few weeks ago I made this yummy bread pudding from my cookbook. I also made the New Orleans style sauce from a post on this site. I used rum flavor instead of real rum for the sauce. My family really enjoyed the dessert!

Tea Towel
I have been wanting to stamp a dish towel with my existing stamp design I created sometime last year. I finally got around to making one for my kitchen, and wanted to show you how simple it was.
I purchased this set of flour sack dish towels, or as our English friends would say tea towels at my local Kroger grocery store.
The winner of the beautiful Most Anything Hawaii earrings is Carolyn McIntyre!

Aloha from Most Anything Hawaii
While her husband was at work she began creating all day. Catrin has always been creative in different ways...embroidery, sewing, painting porcelain, and flower arrangements. She is also a florist.
Catrin would say that God inspires her... she usually prays and ask God to lead her as she is creating. She explains that when she forgets to, usually it doesn't turn out very good. Catrin knows her creativity comes from the Lord. He is also the one who gives her meaning and joy in life... along with her husband, who is a great encourager.
She also loves gardening, baking and cooking. Catrin is very fortunate to live in Hawaii, but grew up in Sweden. She has always loved nature and that is what influences her work. Since she lives in Hawaii, she will stroll on the the beach with her husband. They usually find driftwood and shells to use for her work.
Catrin and Lisa are generously offering these lovely pair of earrings to one of my readers. Just post a comment of what inspires you for a chance to win these lovely earrings. The winner will be announced next Tuesday.

Inspirational Art Journal
It was almost two years ago I took an ecourse about art journaling from Paulette Insall. It was a great course to include images and text in the book. I decided to make my own journal book instead of purchasing one since I could not locate one at my local arts and crafts store, so I decided to make my own.
Excuse the sniffles, it is allergy season!
