With the July 4th holiday fast approaching, I decided to make my very own decorations for my home. As you know I love making seasonal ornaments. Polymer clay is such a versatile medium to work with and doesn't require any special equipment to bake the clay. I just pop them in the oven, then paint and maybe add some embellishments then glaze.

Shrimp Po'Boy Sandwich
After many request from my older son I made this yummy New Orlean's favorite Po'Boy sandwich. You can use many different types of meat or seafood. The sandwich I made was made with shrimp. Here is a good recipe if you would like to try to make it. Enjoy!
