Winter Wonderland

It was so busy last week due to our big Atlanta snowstorm, I forgot to share with you some pics. The kids were off the entire week, and the husband was off for three days due to the treacherous ice on the roads. We watched movies, played board games and of course the kids went outside to play a lot. We went through so many clothes each day! Needless to say, I am looking forward for my little sweeties to go back to school tomorrow. Yeah!

Wow Mechelle, that is alot of snow. Our snow has all melted, but I'm sure we're not done yet.

It is beautiful. You have had more snow in Atlanta then we have had all season here in PA!
I remember those snow days when the kids were off of school. It's fun for about 2 days!

Beautiful pictures! My sister was stranded on the interstate due to that ice.

Have a wonderful day!

Not sure how I missed following your blog before- I thought I had. Anyway, I know exactly what you mean about going through clothes when it snows! They all have boots and snowpants, but they instinctively layer up anyway. My 5yo likes to see how many pairs of socks she can get on!

I love how snow just makes the outdoors look so clean and peaceful!

It was a beautiful snow, wasn't it. I stayed home two days but braved the icy roads the rest of the week. Having four wheel drive helped a lot. Sadly I did not go out and take pictures.
