I was surfing the internet when I found this easy summer meal. With the summer months being so hot you just try to avoid turning on the oven a lot. I try to make as many skillet dishes as possible.
I didn't have the fancy pasta shells, but any noodle will do. I also added a little bacon and crushed it in pieces to add a little extra flavor.

Looks like a great recipe. I had to smile at the fennel seed - my fennel plant is so abundant that my husband makes sure the tops see the compost pile before if should ever go to seed! I do like to think of that flavor with others here - perhaps I'll purchase some seed!! :)
